Execution excellence with distributors, following routines and rituals, on ground execution and monitoring
- Follow on Order Management Process between Kraft Heinz and Distributor Team
- Set a Regular Meeting with Distributor Team in all Branches to share the Daily Results vs. Time Gone
- Set a Specific Meeting with Distributor Branches to review Performance vs. Monthly & Annual Targets and Action Plan
- Monitoring OOS on Distributor Warehouses vs, Our Stocks and available Product
- Monitoring Product Expire Date in Distributor Warehouse and follow up with Team to deplete it through a recommended depletion plan.
- Traveling across all branches in his Areas. Must visit All Branches at least ONE Time in month
- Regular Store Visit to ensure we have a right GTM with our principles • Regular Field visit to trade to ensure we have a right Directions 70% From Time Plan
- Monitoring the Competition Activity and Pricing in the Field and Report it to the Company
Monthly planning & execution, in addition to identifying market gaps and propose solutions
- Deploy Our Yearly/Monthly Objectives and Goals to Distributor
- Connect with our Distributor across all Function Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing &Customers Services
- Review the Customers Classification to ensure we set the Customer in the Right Trade Channels
- Regular Store Check for Productivity, Sales, Free Goods, MSL
- Recommending visibility plans for Key retail
- Forecasting Sales IN & OUT and request any Extra Volumes in Process Cycle
- Handling any Field issues from Trade
- Review the Best Structure in his Areas
- Commitments of sending regular reports based on Calendar Data
- Handling the Rejection Product from Distributor or Field
- Close Monthly Shipment Target
Coaching & Developing distributors team on ground
- Grow the distributor capabilities and ensure that KHC Rituals & Routines are mirrored on the distributor operations.
- Ensure we have an Allocation for Distributor with fair Share • Training the Sales Team on Sales Fundamentals
- Motivate the Best Performance in his Areas to Create a Positive Energy on Distributor Origination
- Analyzing the distributor/Customers’ sales/distribution performance and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses on regional/trade channel levels and recommend the plans to cover those weaknesses area & creating an annual sales Plan to grow sales/distribution within different trade channels and regions within your scope.
- Recommending a Specific Activity to tackle any issues or Opportunity in the Trade
- Working on Building Strong Team
More than 7 years
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant field
- 7+ years of Sales management experience in fast moving consumer goods with a good track in managing people, preferably residing in Upper Egypt governorates.
- High degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Strong command over oral and written Business English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
- Communication Skills
