About the Job

We have big plans to grow and are building an engaged and talented team. We are now looking for an exceptional B2B Growth Specialist to join the superstar team at SNAP14. This passionate B2B sales and marketing warrior will lead the sales and marketing activity at SNAP14 working closely with the General Manager. You will also collaborate with the production team to support company-wide initiatives.

Role overview

The candidate will have the following core missions to design, implement and manage:

  • Generate the maximum amount of inbound sales leads, by designing and monitoring digital acquisition campaigns
    • Social media marketing/management
    • Email marketing
    • Content marketing
    • Affiliate marketing
    • Referral programs
    • And any other marketing platforms/initiatives
  • Developing a strategy for acquiring leads at industry events
  • Working to support B2B PR and communication campaigns
  • Developing client follow-up/nurturing process
  • Researching
Job Requirements

What we are looking for?

  • A dynamic B2B Marketing Warrior who wants to work and grow a company that is creating engaging quality media content.
  • Someone with previous experience in B2B sales and marketing positions, preferably in companies with online and offline sales engines
  • Sales support experience is a plus.
  • Proven previous experience designing B2B digital campaigns for B2B lead generation (SEM, SEO, email marketing, content marketing and referral programs) combined with a basic understanding of growth hacking techniques
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation at events, with a strong understanding of pre-, during and post-event strategy to maximise ROI
  • A deep understanding of sales cycles and lead generation processes
  • Preferably with previous experience with partnership marketing and affiliate techniques, preferably within the media advertising or fashion industry
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • An analytical mind, with strong attention to detail
