Job Description
Qanawat is looking for a YouTube enthusiast to manage, grow, and launch new YouTube channels from scratch. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with YouTube content strategy, SEO, audience development, and content optimization. She should be capable of creating channel identities, defining the right formats, working with creators and editors, and driving consistent growth in views, subscribers, and revenue.
Job Requirements
- Create and launch new YouTube channels aligned with the brand’s goals and tone.
- Define the visual identity (channel art, thumbnails, branding) and channel structure (playlists, series).
- Develop and maintain a weekly publishing calendar and manage the content pipeline
- Create and publish engaging video and visual content with a strong focus on watch time and monetizability.
- Analyze channel analytics to track performance, retention, CTR, and revenue growth.
- Suggest improvements to maximize watch time, average view duration, and ad revenue.
