Main Job Duties:

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching High Schools institutions and individuals to find new opportunities.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending meetings, and events to maximize new business opportunities
Developing quotes potential students
Training business development team members’ personnel and helping them develop their skills.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
Minimum of 10 years of proven working experience in business development 3 of which in a managerial role
Proven sales track record
Educational Service experience is an asset
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in English
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
Market knowledge
Innate drive to succeed and take initiative
