Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching High Schools institutions and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending meetings, and events to maximize new business opportunities
- Developing quotes potential students
- Training business development team members’ personnel and helping them develop their skills.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of proven working experience in business development 3 of which in a managerial role
- Proven sales track record
- Educational Service experience is an asset
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in English
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
- Market knowledge
- Innate drive to succeed and take initiative
