Job Description

  • Handling company transportation buses  invoices
  • Handling payments of mobile phone bills
  • Handling landline telephone bills for the company
  • Handling payments of different courier bills
  • Responsible for the Dept. safe
  • Issuing payment requisitions related to Admin. & HR department with other Departments
  • Preparing payments of company cars maintenance
  • Reviewing hospital bills
