Job Description
- Receiving the job requestions from with the concern departments.
- Establish the recruitment requirements based on organization structures.
- Anticipate the recruitment needs according to the recruitment plan for each department.
- Building and creating the JDs for the company positions across all levels.
- Advertise the job vacancies through different recruitment channels.
- Screen the cvs according to the job role and competencies.
- Manage the telephonic interview as pre-evaluation for the candidates.
- Coordinate the interview dates and appointment
- Report to the HR Manager all recruitment activities through recruitment trackers includes the full cycle till end of the process.
- Participate in employment fairs as tool of attracting talents.
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend the proper actions.
- Monitor the turnover %.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any relevant filed
- HR Certificate preferable
- Preferable 10th of October or around area residency
