Job Description

  • Developing growth strategies and plans to achieve company business goals.
  • Develop negotiation strategies and positions by studying the integration of new ventures, ideas and possibly platforms with the company’s strategy and operations; and also examining risks and potentials as well as estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement plans to reach a large base of clients in an efficient and sustainable way.
  • Ensure all sales projects are delivered in line with plans, budgets, and quality expected.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, develop and negotiate contracts in collaboration with the legal team as well as integrate contract requirements with business operations.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing effective sales plans using a suitable sales methodology
  • Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company's brand.
  • Analyze business needs to identify new opportunities over and above the present core businesses.
  • Strategize with regards to alliances/partners to increase the company’s footprints across the country/region.
  • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new leads
  • Helping the company hit more partnerships that scale its growth in the market.
  • Planning, organizing and following up the department's work tasks.
  • Setting appointments for company representatives with new companies and clients to make publicity and advertising for the company by submitting an offer for previous projects in order to target new projects.
  • Search for new strategic projects by searching websites.
  • Providing information about market trends, competitor’s sales practices and potential projects to the responsible Business Manage
  • Work closely with Client team to create new projects and Implement them
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Advise the upper management through comprehensive reporting of account status, issues and related program development

Job Requirements

  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in large bids/tenders responses with basic presentation skills
  • Excellent in the English language
  • Excellent negotiation skills, positioning, business justification, and closing skills
  • Good Business Acumen
  • Cairo resident
  • Preferred: Experience in manufacturing and production industries
  • Preferred:Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or Global equivalent
