Job Description
- Plan, develop and implement a job analysis for all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of each job descriptions.
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications to ensure applicants’ qualifications meet the job requirements.
- Develop company policies and procedures to have an internal control system.
- Support in formulating Grading/ Salary structures.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process and registration.
- Post job advertisements (internal &external) and explore new recruitment channels and giving recommendations to the HR supervisor.
- Conduct phone, Skype, headhunt and in-person interviews internally and globally.
- Interview applicants for (Entry &Senior and managerial) levels and preparing scoring reports.
- Administer and coordinate pre-employment tests, room bookings and all required material regarding technical interviews.
- Prepare, modify and send job offer emails for accepted candidates and answering queries about compensation and benefits.
- Responsible for orientation and onboarding process
- Responsible for summer Internship Program by interviewing, assessing and allocating trainees in the suitable departments as per their capabilities
Job Requirements
- BS/BA in business administration or relevant field.
- Successful work experience as a Human Resources Specialist, officer, administrator or other HR position.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent command of English language
