Job Description
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)
- Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used
- Pre-screens all applications for all vacancies, helps managers to develop interviews, conducts interviews and performs reference checks when required.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements in various portals
- Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Maintain Candidate Database
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events .
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven previous experience in IT jobs.
- Very Good written and verbal communications skills and high negotiation skills.
- Microsoft office proficiency.
- Proficient with social media platforms.
