- Handling Recruitment Process inside Hayat Kimya Group ( Head Office - Factories "Ain Sokhna & October")
- Support in employment branding projects for Undergraduates and experienced employees
- Construct and update company Job Descriptions
- Assist in designing Summer training programs for undergraduates in order to attract potential caliber to join the company in the future
Job Requirements
- From 2-3 years of experience in the same field and specifically recruitment , Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university and preferable in business administration or Human resources
- Very good English language (Spoken & Written)
- Ability to move between company different locations (Sokhna - October - Head Quarter)
