Job Description
- Creating and developing company vision, Mission, Values and Core Competencies.
- Responsible for creating, enhancing and reviewing Company performance and Competency Management Systems.
- Conducting CBIs for existing employees in favor of promotions and career development plans.
- Implementing Assessment Centers for promotions.
- Responsible for providing an effective and efficient training function to be able to raise employees’ internal capacities and skills.
- Develop Management Trainees Program that effectively support organization growth and enhance organization performance through preparing well trained employees.
- Prepare awareness workshops and refreshment sessions to orient employees on Performance and Competency Management system and any relevant updates.
- Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
- Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs.
- Creating the annual Training and Development budget.
- Create and update job descriptions that accurately describe the job purpose, scope and responsibilities.
- Promote the company’s vision, mission and core values through (Posters, flyers, Awareness sessions)
- Monitoring the editing of company Quarterly Magazine.
- Participating in Organizing social and sports events
- Promote the two way communication through initiatives (Complains, suggestions and new ideas)
Job Requirements
- Should have previous experience in pharmaceutical FMCG company
