Job Description
This is a full-time role from 12 pm to 8 pm for an Implementation Officer. He/She will be covering downtown areas, and will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure the successful execution, onboarding and delivery of our current and future product offerings for customers.
- Guarantee a smooth adoption and integration of the software application into our customer's existing business workflow and train them on it.
- Following up and assisting customers during both the pre- and post-sale journey with our product.
- Setting the online meetings to learn about and address the customers' needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, and the year of graduation should be 2020, 2021, 2022 or 2023.
- Non-techies are welcome to apply.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing in English and Arabic.
- Ability to train the various categories of clinic's employees smoothly and efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
