Job responsibilities:
• conducting JA and creating descriptions.
• developing competency indicators.
• Conduct workload analysis and support workforce planning.
• Support in creating and regularly updating career paths and succession plans.
• Support in creating the job's KPIs.
• Implementing and following up on performance evaluation processes.
• Support in creating HR policies and SOPs.
• Create and maintain databases ("hard & soft archiving systems") for all OD operations, analyze data, and provide periodic reports.
Job Requirements
Required qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same role (preferred FMCG).
• HR diploma from a reputable entity (preferred).
• Experience in job design (highly preferred).
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Visio.
• Excellent analytical and organizing skills.
