Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Source and screen candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and final hiring decisions.
- Maintain a strong talent pool and build candidate pipelines for future roles.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare job offers and work with HR operations on onboarding processes.
Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- 3 years of Experience in Real Estate Development
- Experience recruiting across multiple departments and levels.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- HR Certificate/Diploma is a plus.
- Ideally located close to New Cairo.
