Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin their career in human resources, with a strong focus on supporting training programs for all staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and management. The position will provide assistance in performance management initiatives and contribute to effective training record tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support  the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules
  • Provide administrative support during onboarding processes for new staff members and assist with orientation sessions.
  • Assist in the performance management process
  • Support colleagues in HR to align training initiatives and performance strategies with the overall goals of the school.
  • Assist with the coordination and implementation of training programs for all staff levels, ensuring comprehensive professional development tailored to teachers, administrative staff, and management.
  • Help inquiries from staff regarding training opportunities and performance-related questions.
  • Fill out and update employee records in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements
  • Complete HR reporting and assist with data analysis to support HR decision-making
  • Address employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources as needed.
  • Support the  team members to ensure that HR strategies are aligned with the school's objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field .
  • Excellent command of English is a MUST ..
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the education sector (entry-level candidates may be considered).
  • A course in Human Resources Management is a MUST , with a willingness to implement and practice HR principles .
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, particularly focused on training and employee development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for supporting staff at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus.
