About the Job

Job Summery:

  • The HR manager will be responsible for managing two hospitals: El Ghannam neurosurgery hospital up and running since 1995 and Town hospital which is estimated to open in the next few months.

Job Purpose:

  • For Town hospital the HR manager will be responsible for putting the foundations of the hospital, meaning that the policies and procedures of the hospital should be established to serve as a protocol for the hospital culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Town hospital Recruitment:

  • Along with finalizing the organizational structure of the hospital which will feed into the recruitment process of the whole hospital and the calibers will vary starting from the worker reaching the heads of departments in the various sectors of the hospital.
  • The HR manager will be responsible for roughly recruiting 150 personnel in the hospital along with setting the foundation of the recruitment process, legal paperwork and job descriptions required for each position and the creation of their benefit packages.

Town hospital Planning:

  • With regards to planning the HR manager would be required to come up with developmental plans and succession plans for the employees and ensure that there is always a future in the hospital along with the creation of the yearly strategy.
  • The manager would also be responsible for the retention plans for the employees if the worst-case scenario happens.

Town hospital Reporting:

  • The HR manager will be directly reporting into the commercial president having monthly reviews regarding the progression of the yearly plan and delivering quarterly appraisal of the employees along with their direct managers.

El Ghannam neurosurgery center frame of work:

  • The HR manager will also be responsible of refining the current culture present in the center turning it into a more positive and cheerful culture.
  • And establish and perpetuate the new policies and procedures among the staff members.

El Ghannam neurosurgery center personnel:

  • Revising and establishing a new organizational structure along with the recruitment of new staff members filling the newly created vacancies and the lay-offs of the obsolete ones while designing formal job descriptions for each position.
  • Also making sure that all the staff members have the required legal documents along with their signed contracts.

El Ghannam neurosurgery center Planning:

  • The design of the yearly strategy and assessment of the current employees and creating an appraisal system along with developmental and succession plans.
  • Moreover, revising the current packages of the employees and designing new ones.

El Ghannam neurosurgery center Reporting:

  • The HR manager will be directly reporting into the commercial president having monthly reviews regarding the progression of the yearly plan and delivering quarterly appraisal of the employees along with their direct managers.
