Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Work with Chief Operations Officer to develop a strategy for community management
- Serve as the Strategic Community Manager, and find opportunities to collaborate and/or partner with community organizations to build new programs for startups and entrepreneurs at our hub.
- Manage events requests, plan and execute events in partnership with stakeholders.
- Develop posting schedule for the existing community to keep channels engaged
- Respond to individual messages from community members and resolve accordingly.
- Deliver reporting on key metrics for overall site (events and programs) performance to ensure goals are met, and deliver recommendations for improvement.
- Use outbound channels to promote us, including the website, email newsletters, and social media to drive community engagement.
- Create an amazing onsite customer experience.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study.
- Proven work experience as a community manager and the ability to handle a team.
- Experience with startups is a plus.
