About the Job

We are seeking to appoint an experienced recruiter who will be responsible for attracting and hiring the brightest talent for different levels across the firm. This position will be responsible for executing a recruitment strategy, selection approach and onboarding experience that reflect our firm culture and values.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive the recruiting strategy
  • Constantly identifying ways to further the teams' strategic offerings and abilities to best meet the ongoing demands of the business
  • Partner with the business throughout the hiring process, from creating job descriptions, to ensuring established processes are followed to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Proactively headhunt, screen and shortlist top talent
  • Develop an ongoing and diverse talent pipeline using research, networking, Linkedin
  • Work with Reporting Manager to determine best fit candidates, co-ordinate interviews, obtain qualitative feedback and present/manage through to offer stage
  • Strive for exceptional candidate experience
Job Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in specializing in HR will be preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, Word and Windows-based programs.
  • Goal Oriented, punctual and leadership qualities.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Deadline oriented, flexible with time, patient and able to cope with new challenges.
  • Performing with a high degree of professionalism, integrity and business ethics.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and well dressed.
  • Awareness of business trends.
  • Open to new challenges and willing to respond towards change.
  • Willingness to work under pressure.
