About the Job
- Over the past three years the Arena Fitness Innovation's individual membership has more than doubled, and the plans for the future of membership are firmly cemented within the strategic vision of the organization going forward. This is a really exciting time for an experienced membership professional to join the team and continue to develop the membership offering.
- The successful candidate will have experience of all aspects of managing a membership scheme. Acting as the organizational lead for Arena membership, he will have confidence in developing a long term membership sales strategy and evaluating and implementing changes in the strategy.
- The incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to overall membership sales strategy, acquisition and retention of members, event management, database, marketing & communications, finances & reporting etc.
- This post reports to the Club General Manager and currently has line management responsibility for 3 Membership Consultants. The incumbent will also work closely with other department at club and head office and will be expected to maintain strong ties with the Arena's wider dynamic and passionate team.
