Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital media plans across various channels, including paid search, display, social media, video, and programmatic advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement media strategies that align with our clients' objectives.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Analyze and provide reports on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital media and share knowledge and best practices with the team and clients.
  • Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns within budget constraints.
  • Monitor industry developments and adapt to changes in digital media platforms, policies, and trends.
  • Generate detailed expenditure and performance reports, translating data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain Google Tag Manager accounts for clients.
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing professionals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful digital media campaigns
  • Advanced certifications in digital marketing and Google Ads are preference certifications in digital marketing and Google Ads.
