We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to drive our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content, and engaging with our audience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to improve engagement.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, and video).
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators for high-quality visuals.

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
  • Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Run social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.
  • Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Paid Social Advertising

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Optimize ads for maximum reach and conversions.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred).
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and creativity skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
  • Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
