Job Accountabilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely responses to inquiries.
• Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and records while upholding strict data security protocols.
• Identify and implement administrative best practices to optimize efficiency and workflow effectiveness.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, adhering to company policies.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications in administrative support are preferred.
Competences and Skills:
• Ability to draft, proofread, and edit business correspondence, reports, and presentations with high quality and accuracy.
• English Fluency and comfortable handling confidential and complex discussions in English
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and administrative tools.
• In-depth understanding of office management practices, document preparation, and executive support.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling administrative tasks and documents.
