Job Description

Follow up on the execution of tasks assigned to contractors within administrative buildings and company sites, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and scheduled timelines.

Handle communication and coordination with relevant government authorities concerning administrative procedures and ensure their timely and proper completion in accordance with regulations.

Oversee the performance of service workers through regular monitoring schedules, daily distribution plans across company sites, and ensure their discipline and proper appearance.

Ensure the cleanliness of factories, administrative buildings, external roads, and supervise landscaping and greening activities across all company locations.

Manage inventory of cleaning materials, office supplies, and cafeteria provisions, including conducting periodic stocktaking, preparing purchase requests, and monitoring the issuance of materials based on departmental needs.

Prepare daily workforce distribution plans and material disbursement requests, process them through the system, and distribute resources according to actual consumption while monitoring adherence to disbursement policies.

Monitor regular and emergency maintenance tasks, including photocopier maintenance and toner supply, while coordinating with external maintenance providers for all company facilities.

Follow up on the condition and operation of all buildings and facilities under the company’s administrative scope, ensuring proper infrastructure upkeep and readiness.

Manage and monitor incoming and outgoing mail files and coordinate with shipping companies to ensure efficient and accurate handling of documents and packages.

Monitor the process of scrap sales and the disposal of decommissioned assets in accordance with company procedures to safeguard asset value and optimize resource use.

Oversee the maintenance of technical devices and coordinate with specialized service centers to ensure equipment is repaired and restored to optimal working condition.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

● 3-5 years of proven experience in an administrative.

● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Very Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office

● Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
