Job Description

We are hiring an E-Commerce Sales Specialist for one of our main factories on the 6th of October - Egypt. 

Who are you ?

The ideal E-Commerce Sales Specialist should possess a blend of proactive and results-driven mindset, analytical skills, customer-centric approach, adaptability, communication abilities, organizational skills, tech-savviness, passion for e-commerce, and resilience.

Spend days

Developing and executing B2B local and Global sales E-Commerce strategies, optimizing product listings and pricing, analyzing sales performance, building relationships with B2B clients, collaborating with marketing teams, conducting market research, managing order fulfillment and logistics, providing sales support, generating demand and forecasting, and staying updated with industry trends to drive revenue growth and foster long-term partnerships

Getting Excited about 

  1. Develop and execute aggressive B2B E-commerce strategies to exceed sales targets.
  2. Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions for increased visibility and conversions.
  3. Monitor real-time sales data to identify trends and take immediate action for sales growth.
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns driving high-volume traffic and sales.
  5. Manage partnerships with e-commerce platforms for rapid exposure and revenue growth.
  6. Conduct market research for competitive strategies and sales tactics.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
  8. Generate demand forecasts for on-time delivery locally and globally.
  9. Streamline order fulfillment and optimize shipping logistics.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements for continuous sales growth.

Job Requirements


  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  2. Proven experience in the manufacturing environment & e-commerce sales with strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
  3. Strong understanding of e-commerce, SEO, and online advertising platforms.
  4. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento Or B2B Platforms…etc is desirable.
  5. Passion for e-commerce trends, technology, and innovation.
