Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading business process outsourcing teams, driving sales growth, and overseeing partnerships with several agencies. This position requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills.
Sales and Business Development
- Assist in generating and qualifying leads through prospecting and outreach activities
- Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
- Participate in client meetings, demos, and sales calls alongside the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and support data-driven sales strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers
Operations Management
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for new remote employees and consultants
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements, project needs, and service expectations
- Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between clients, remote teams, and service providers
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines for remote teams and service providers
- Ensure seamless execution of consulting engagements, business matchmaking initiatives, and remote hiring projects
- Continuously improve processes and implement efficient systems for remote team and service provider management
Administrative Support
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed
- Assist with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks
- Maintain organized records, files, and databases for easy access and retrieval
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, startup or entrepreneurial environment
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, project management tools, and productivity software
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing startup environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for problem-solving
