Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & order management specialist to join our team. This person will be the backbone of daily operations—responsible for ensuring customer orders are fulfilled smoothly, maintaining communication with customers about their order status, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and inventory updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment & Customer Follow-Up

  • Track and manage customer orders from placement to delivery.
  • Communicate order status, delays, and updates with customers via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to their orders in a professional and timely manner.

Supplier Coordination & Purchasing

  • Place purchase orders with suppliers and follow up on order status.
  • Track incoming stock and ensure timely restocking based on order needs.
  • Maintain good relationships with vendors and negotiate when needed.

Inventory & Operations Support

  • Support daily operations including stock tracking, packaging coordination, and ensuring kits are ready for dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, shipments, and customer communications.
  • Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to forecast demand and avoid stockouts.

 

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience order fulfillment, inventory management, or logistics coordination, preferably in e-commerce or consumer products
  • Experience working with both online sales platforms and retail distribution.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations & shipping processes
  • Proven track record of managing order flow from sales to delivery, minimizing errors and ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills (written and verbal).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
