We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Section Head to lead our IT department, manage IT infrastructure, and provide ongoing support to our organization's technology needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing servers, networking equipment, storage systems, and providing IT support across a variety of systems. The IT Section Head will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT-related services, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to the strategic growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Server Management:

Oversee and manage multiple servers, including Domain Controller, File Server, and Kaspersky Server, ensuring optimal performance and security.
These servers are hosted on Hyper-V virtual machines, and the IT Section Head will manage their configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Firewall Management:

Manage and monitor the Fortinet firewall, ensuring secure access and performance across three landline internet connections.
Implement and maintain security policies, monitor traffic, and address any potential vulnerabilities.

Storage Management:

Oversee the management of QNAP NAS storage systems, ensuring data integrity, optimal storage utilization, and regular backups.
Ensure data security and access controls are in place for all users and teams.

Unifi Access Points System:

Install, configure, and manage Unifi Access Points (APs) to ensure stable and secure wireless network connectivity across the organization.
Perform troubleshooting and updates as necessary to maintain a reliable Wi-Fi environment.

Email Management (cPanel):

Manage cPanel for organizational email accounts, including adding, updating, and deleting email accounts as needed.
Ensure email security and proper functionality across all devices and users.

Printing and Scanning Support:

Provide support for the organization's printing and scanning infrastructure, ensuring all devices are operational and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Manage printer configurations and maintain an inventory of printers.

User Support and Problem Resolution:

Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues faced by end-users.
Troubleshoot and address hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure smooth IT operations.

Camera System Management:

Oversee the management and maintenance of camera systems, including DVR, NVR, and security cameras.
Ensure that the security system is up and running efficiently, performing regular checks and resolving any technical issues.

Procurement & Budgeting:

Use Oracle to create and process purchase requisitions (PR) for IT-related needs, ensuring that resources and equipment are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Estimate and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring proper allocation for IT needs, including software, hardware, and network resources.
