Job Summary

A Visual Communication and Infographics professional is responsible for transforming complex data, ideas, and narratives into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand visual content. This role requires a blend of creative design skills, a strong understanding of information architecture, and the ability to tell stories with data. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and enhance brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Production: Develop and create a wide range of visual materials, including static and animated infographics, charts, presentations, reports, and digital assets for various platforms (e.g., social media, websites, print).
Data Visualization: Translate data and complex information into visually compelling and accessible formats, using appropriate charts, graphs, and icons to highlight key insights.
Visual Storytelling: Conceptualize and execute visual communication strategies that effectively tell a story and resonate with the target audience.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including marketing, product, sales, and executive teams, to understand project requirements, gather data, and ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines and project goals.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research to gather relevant information and data to inform design decisions and ensure the accuracy of all visual content.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand identity and visual standards across all created materials.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest visual design, data visualization, and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise with graphic design and data visualization tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and others.
Data Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Google Data Studio is often preferred.
Motion Graphics/Video: Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Expert in Power point:

Soft Skills:

Creativity and Design Acumen: A strong portfolio demonstrating a creative eye, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, balance).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale to non-design stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze complex information and devise creative, effective visual solutions.
Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Education and Experience:

A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Information Design, or a related field is typically required.
Experience requirements 3-5 Years in similar position.
