Job Description
1) Design and Develop Social Media Content
Create compelling static and motion graphics for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
* Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and adapt creatives for different formats and screen sizes.
2) Collaborate with Marketing and Content Teams
* Work closely with content creators, copywriters, and digital marketers to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
* Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on visual storytelling.
3) Manage Creative Assets
* Maintain an organized library of templates, design files, and branded assets.
* Ensure timely delivery of all social media creatives, adhering to content calendars and deadlines.
4) Track Design Performance
* Use analytics and feedback to iterate and improve creative assets based on engagement metrics and performance insights.
5) Stay Current on Design and Social Trends
* Monitor evolving trends in social media design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
* Propose innovative ideas to elevate the brand's social media presence.
Job Requirements
- Years of Experience: 4
- Bachelor's degree: Fine Arts (Design), BA. Graphic Design or Visual Communication, Applied Arts (Visual communication), Communication Design.
Skills:
* Proficiency in Design Tools:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma; motion graphics experience using After Effects or similar is a plus.
* Strong Visual Design Sense:
Deep understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and brand identity.
* Social Media Expertise:
Familiarity with content requirements, best practices, and trends across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin and YouTube.
* Motion Graphics and Video Editing:
Basic to intermediate skills in creating short-form animations, reels, or video clips for social platforms.
* Time and Project Management:
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, content-driven environment.
* Communication and Collaboration:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to take creative direction and feedback constructively.
* Attention to Detail:
High standards for quality, pixel-perfect execution, and brand alignment.
