Job Description
- Develop and execute creative concepts for digital, social media and print materials, ensuring alignment with ALARINOVA’s brand identity.
- Collaborate with architects and marketing teams to translate project visions into compelling visual assets.
- Design brochures, presentations, social media graphics, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
- Maintain consistency in visual language across all company communications and platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for branding and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver production-ready files for both print and digital distribution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge design solutions.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design deliverables.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and visual asset libraries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in architecture, real estate, or luxury brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design styles.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sustainable design concepts and luxury branding is a plus.
- Familiar with creating reels and digital designs for social and digital media communications.
