Job Description
- Develop and execute creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print materials, including product packaging, promotional materials, and in-store signage.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and retail teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Design engaging social media content, advertisements, and campaign assets to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all visual outputs align with Exception Patisserie’s identity and standards.
- Prepare artwork for production, including pre-press checks and coordination with printers and suppliers.
- Contribute to the ideation and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and store openings.
- Retouch and enhance product photography for use in marketing collateral and e-commerce platforms.
- Stay updated on design trends and competitor activities to keep the brand’s visuals fresh and relevant.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to achieve optimal results.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the food, retail, or FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including branding, packaging, and digital media.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with print production processes and digital asset management.
