Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth in the real estate sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and agents.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for all parties involved.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline status, and achieved targets.
- Support the onboarding and training of new agents to ensure alignment with company standards.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within real estate.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
