Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information
Order Processing and Follow-Up:
- Work closely with the factory team to facilitate order processing and production scheduling.
- Monitor and track order progress, providing regular updates to clients.
- Address any issues or delays in the production process promptly.
Customer Support:
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- - 0 ~ 2 Years of Experience.
- - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- - Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- - Basic understanding of the cosmetics industry is a plus.
