Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information
  •  

Order Processing and Follow-Up:

  • Work closely with the factory team to facilitate order processing and production scheduling.
  • Monitor and track order progress, providing regular updates to clients.
  • Address any issues or delays in the production process promptly.

Customer Support:

  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • - 0 ~ 2 Years of Experience.   
  • - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.   
  • - Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.   
  • - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.   
  • - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.   
  • - Basic understanding of the cosmetics industry is a plus.   
  • - Comfortable to our Head Office location in Nasr City.
