Job Description
•Make phone calls to target audience to introduce new offers.
• Answer calls from existing customers as well as potential customers.
• Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, etc. and communicate its benefits.
• Provide questions related to institutional issues to understand client requirements.
• Convince the customer to buy by how the products or services satisfy their basic needs.
• Accurately recording the customer’s personal information in computer systems and programs.
• Dealing with new customers and providing optimal solutions for the organization.
• Exiting the required sales percentage and eliminating future sales.
•Record registration data to register and record information for each client.
Job Requirements
Requirements and skills required
• The ability to achieve the required sales percentage.
• Good knowledge of CRM software.
• Proficiency in using MS Office programs.
• The ability to deal with different phone systems such as Avaya, Cisco, and others.
• Possess the communication skills to present distinctive offers.
•understanding English languages.
• Skilled in orientation procedures and dealing with new clients.
• Attention to detail and use applicable tone of voice
• Patience in dealing with rejection from customers.
• Work Location Hawamdiya - Giza
•Living in (Hawamdiya - Badrashin - Al Munib - surrounding area)
•Previous experience in the same position 1-3 years- Food &beverage is a plus
day off - Friday- shift 8 H
