Job Description
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer objections professionally and resolve queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Job Requirements
