Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive with a proven track record in selling Xerox printing machines and office solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, and closing sales over the phone, with a strong focus on building long-term customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to new and existing customers to promote Xerox printers, multifunction devices, and office solutions.
Identify customer needs, provide product information, and recommend appropriate Xerox solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive lead generation.
Build strong product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
Coordinate with the field sales and technical teams for product demonstrations and installations.
Stay updated with Xerox product portfolio, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Job Requirements
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2–4 years of telesales experience in office equipment / printing solutions (Xerox preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain technical features of Xerox machines in simple business terms.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Oracle) and MS Office tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
KPIs / Performance Measures
Number of qualified leads generated.
Monthly and quarterly sales revenue.
Conversion rate from calls to deals closed.
Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates.
