Yama Engineering Systems is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our HR team. This role will involve overseeing hiring processes, managing employee records, and ensuring full compliance with labor laws.
Job Requirements
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes to attract qualified candidates.
Handle onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Manage relationships with the labor office and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records.
Oversee employee relations and provide support for workplace issues.
Assist in payroll preparation and management of HR documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and labor office matters.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
