Job Description
- Develop a strategic marketing plan from inception to completion to achieve the required expansion and improvement aligning with the company goals and market trends.
- Create a Public Relation plans and promote integrated campaigns that align with the established brand identity for various audiences and markets.
- Manage the active campaigns such as email, social media, apps, and websites at the property level to enhance market engagement and connectivity.
- Execute internal and external communication strategies, sales promotions, and special events to increase sales.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze market trends to assess the potential growth of the projects.
- Use market information to create and present through marketing strategies for possible real estate developments.
- Assess the marketing viability of potential projects by examining elements like site, market demand, competition, and project scale.
- Collaborate with teams from different departments to make sure that marketing strategies are in line with project objectives and collect information and insights for evaluating feasibility.
- Oversee marketing department.
- Evaluate and develop marketing strategy and marketing plan.
- Prepare and develop marketing yearly budget along with the marketing plan.

Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience including 3 years in in a managerial position
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
- Experience in Marketing Performance and running a marketing team.
- Proven marketing campaign experience.
- Experience managing and maintaining a budget.
- Proven success in building positive client relationships as well as managing “up and down.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
