Job Description

Purpose of the Position: 

The Human Resource Supervisor will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing organization policies and practices.

 

Major Responsibilities: 

  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Review on the HR Assistant Reports.
  • Prepare HR policies and Procedures.
  • Follow-up on implementing the policies and procedures.
  • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Conducting interviews, recruiting for new staff.
  • Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees
  • Training staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Provide resolutions on complaints and inquiries.
  • Assisting managers with staff requirements.
  • Prepare performance appraisal system and communicate with all Managers
  • Follow-up on timely receiving the performance appraisal forms 
  • Analyze the performance appraisal and react accordingly. 
  • Identify & address employee requirements i.e. performance, training & development plans.
  • Arrange training sessions for new starters and refresher sessions with existing employees.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Runs with HR assistant exit interview for employees
     

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or similar related field.
  • Relevant experience in an HR role.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong moral and ethical code.
  • Good inter-personal skills.
