Job Description
Our partner seeks an HR specialist to work in Downtown Cairo.
The role requires 2 years of experience in HR operations, including attendance, follow-up, monthly payroll calculations, and reports, dealing with labor and insurance offices, maintaining employee files and records, and ensuring compliance with company regulations.
To be eligible for the position, candidates must have proven work experience as an HR Specialist, a solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes, familiarity with full-cycle recruiting, excellent verbal and written communication skills, good problem-solving abilities, team management skills, and a BSc in Human Resources or a relevant field.
