Sets the yearly objectives to Production, Maintenance, Product development, QC, Purchasing, Planning, and Warehouses Departments, and reviews actual on a periodical basis to ensure meeting the Company's objectives.
Reviews and approves the periodical Production reports ensuring availability of the finished product on time and meeting the customer requirements.
