Landscape Project Manager

We are seeking a professional Landscape Project Manager with proven experience in landscape construction and maintenance, including smart irrigation systems and plantation works. The candidate should have excellent presentation and communication skills and be capable of representing the company in front of clients, consultants, and governmental entities.

Key Responsibilities:

???? Project Planning & Execution

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, manpower allocation, and material requirements.

Oversee execution of landscape projects including softscape, hardscape, and smart irrigation systems.

Ensure that all works are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

???? Site Management & Supervision

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.

Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Resolve any on-site technical issues and report progress to senior management.

???? Smart Irrigation & Technical Expertise

Design and supervise the installation and programming of smart irrigation systems (e.g., weather-based controllers, drip irrigation, soil moisture sensors).

Conduct troubleshooting and performance optimization for irrigation systems.

Propose sustainable and cost-effective solutions for water usage and plantation.

???? Client & Stakeholder Communication

Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and external stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and progress reports.

Attend meetings, site inspections, and technical discussions representing the company professionally.

???? Quality Assurance & Documentation

Ensure quality control standards are strictly followed across all project stages.

Maintain proper project documentation including reports, approvals, permits, and logs.

Support in preparing handover documents and operation & maintenance manuals.
