Job Description
- Handle full recruitment cycle for outsourcing software developers.
- Manage customer meetings to clarify job requirements.
- Responsible for client communications and conflict resolutions.
- Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
- Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth.
- Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial screening for potential calibers to make sure they are matching clients' needs
- Schedule interviews for the selected candidates
- Conduct HR interviews when needed.
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills , abilities, experience and aptitudes
- Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed and followed , quality standards and customer expectations are met, and that project is profitable.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years experience as technical recruiter.
- Experience in handling outsourcing vacancies is a must.
- Excellent sourcing skills.
- Customer oriented.
- Interviewing experience is a must.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic language skills.
- Excellent coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly and team player.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
