Job Description

  •  Talent Acquistion Section Head

The overall objective 

Carrying out and implementing all activities and procedures for the recruitment process, selecting and attracting the best competencies to work in the company based on needs and providing a database of candidates for various jobs.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities


1- Identifies vacancies in communication with department managers and prepares the annual recruitment plan and works to implement it after its approval. 
2- Preparing, preparing and placing advertisements for available jobs and choosing the appropriate advertising channels and appropriate professional networks.
3 • Participates in employment fairs and follows up on labor market variables.
4 • It works to build a network of relationships with sources of attracting competencies such as universities, social media and employment sites and communicate with them to attract competencies.
5 • Monitors, sorts and classifies CVs received from different employment sources according to specialization and experience ... Etc. It searches for qualified candidates according to the relevant labor standards and prepares shortlists of candidates accepted based on the results of interviews.
6 • Coordinates the dates of technical interviews, informs candidates and managers concerned of the dates, conducts personal interviews and evaluates candidates.
7 • Develops and manages selection and evaluation processes, including interviews, psychological and personality tests and questionnaires.
8- Creates and updates a database of potential candidates and ensures that its data is retrieved quickly and easily.
 

  • OD Section Head

The overall objective 
• Work on developing and raising the efficiency of employees and laying the foundations for evaluating their performance, supervising the development of work methods, simplifying procedures, designing models, preparing the necessary regulations, and developing a proposal for training needs and replacement and succession plans
 

Job Tasks and Responsibilities
1 Provides support for the development, review and updating of internal policies, systems, procedures and regulations that assist the company in achieving its objectives.
2 Follows up and makes sure that the required job analysis is carried out according to the plan 
3- Prepares, reviews and updates job description cards for all company functions in a way that enhances institutional work.
4 Prepares, reviews and updates KPIs for all company functions.
5 Participates in determining the qualifications and skills necessary to fill the various positions in the company, and ensures the application of the competency framework in the selection of cadres
6. Prepares the time plan and follows up the implementation of the performance appraisal process for employees in all departments to ensure that the evaluation forms are completed on time.
7 Analyzes the results of performance evaluation to know the levels of performance and identify the strengths and weaknesses of employees of different departments, and submit reports on them 
8 • Updates organizational structures and provides suggestions for their development and amendment according to new matters to facilitate the workflow and interaction between departments
9 • Coordinates with the directors of departments to identify and identify training needs to raise competencies, and prepares induction programs for new employees.
7 It is the structure of job grades that shows the career path for all jobs and the conditions for moving from one level to another.
 

Job Requirements

  • Qualification
  • Designs a career path program and develops a succession plan.
    Prepares reports and statistics related to the company's development activity and submits them on time.
    Performs any other work assigned to him within the limits of his duties and job responsibilities.
  • preferably those who have a diploma in human resources) - Other / alternative certificates
    Cumulative years of experience of not less than 7 years years of experience in a specialty of 3 to 5 years in the same field.
  • Computer proficiency in dealing with MS office programs Internet Outlook age not less than 30 years
  •  Languages Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
