Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's short-term and long-term objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance our recruitment processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Oversee the selection and evaluation process, ensuring that candidates are thoroughly assessed for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Enhance our employer brand by promoting our company values, culture, and career opportunities through various channels.
- Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests.
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings).
- Utilize data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with HR business partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
- Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with [5] years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies, as well as knowledge of HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
