Future Group Company is leading the localization market since 1994 with global subsidiaries serving North & Latin America, Asia, Europe, and MEA.We're currently expanding our team globally, join our global team in our new journey now!We are hiring Talent Acquisition Manager for one of Future Group subsidiaries in BPO industry.Job Summary:As a TA Head you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talents for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure that we have a strong pipeline of candidates to meet our current and future needs. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our employer brand, recruitment processes, and candidate experience.Role Responsibilities:Actively recruit for current vacancies as well as establish strong talent pipeline for our ambitious growth plans.In-depth understanding of overall business strategy and requirements of different business units in order to efficiently pre-screen and qualify suitable candidates.Establish and maintain strong rapport with hiring managers and internal stakeholders while providing ongoing support to the global recruitment teamBuild and maintain strong rapport with both passive and active candidates for sales and operations roles within the the interpretation industryWork on roles across Asia, Europe, USA and additional markets as needed in all sectors of the business, profiling CVs and arranging interviews, while also ensuring timely feedback is provided to all candidatesKeep up to date with current innovative recruitment techniques and ensuring stay competitive in the marketplace. Attend networking and industry events.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment.Fluency in English is a huge must.Interpretation or BPO industry experience is a huge must.Global recruitment experience is a huge plusMass hiring experience is highly preferredLeadership skillsStrategic planning Strong negotiation and influencing skillsStrong project management skillsLocation:Maadi
