You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure that we have a strong pipeline of candidates to meet our current and future needs. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our employer brand, recruitment processes, and candidate experience.Role Responsibilities:Actively recruit for current vacancies as well as establish strong talent pipeline for our ambitious growth plans.In-depth understanding of overall business strategy and requirements of different business units in order to efficiently pre-screen and qualify suitable candidates.Establish and maintain strong rapport with hiring managers and internal stakeholders while providing ongoing support to the global recruitment teamBuild and maintain strong rapport with both passive and active candidates for sales and operations roles within the the interpretation industryWork on roles across Asia, Europe, USA and additional markets as needed in all sectors of the business, profiling CVs and arranging interviews, while also ensuring timely feedback is provided to all candidatesKeep up to date with current innovative recruitment techniques and ensuring stay competitive in the marketplace. Attend networking and industry events.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
