Job Description

A CRM System Operator is responsible for managing and maintaining the customer relationship management (CRM) system within an organization. This includes inputting and updating customer information, generating reports, analyzing data, and providing support to users of the system.

 

Key responsibilities of a CRM System Operator may include:

  • Inputting and updating customer information in the CRM system
  • Generating reports on customer data and trends
  • Analyzing data to identify opportunities for improving customer relationships
  • Providing training and support to users of the CRM system
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with the CRM system
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the CRM system

Job Requirements

  • Experience from 2 to 4 years as a system operator .
  • Deep knowledge in Microsoft office excel is must. 
  •  have experience working with CRM software
  • be able to effectively communicate with team members at all levels.
