Job Description

The Address Holding is currently hiring an OD Section Head with the following criteria:

 

Job Scope:

The primary role of this position is to support the development and enhancement of organizational

design and participate in implementing OD initiatives & change management interventions aimed at

enhancing organizational effectiveness and overall performance within the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 Participate in developing, and enhancing organizational design to identify areas for

improvement and drive efficiency.

 Analyze and recommend changes to reporting relationships, span of control, and departmental

alignments as needed.

 Conduct thorough job analysis to develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date job descriptions

for all roles within the organization.

 Carry out workload analysis to identify workload distribution, capacity constraints, and resource

optimization opportunities.

 Collect and analyze data related to organizational effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and

performance metrics & KPIs.

 Develop and maintain competency frameworks that outline the skills, knowledge, and behaviors

required for each role within the organization.

 Support the implementation of performance management systems including goal setting to

drive high-performance culture and individual employee growth.

 Execute regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and recommendations for

improvement.

 Collaborate with key stakeholders to conduct comprehensive organizational assessments and

ensure successful implementation of OD plans and initiatives.

 Analyze & interpret various organizational data, and prepare reports and presentations to

communicate findings and recommendations to management.

 Design and implement change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

 5 – 7 years of experience in organization development.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence

stakeholders at all levels.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities, with proficiency in data

analysis and reporting.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 Previous experience in Job analysis, competency framework development, organizational design

principles, policies and procedures, workload analysis, and performance management.

 Updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to organization development.

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
