Job Description

  • Handle full recruitment cycle for outsourcing software developers.
  • Manage customer meetings to clarify job requirements.
  • Responsible for client communications and conflict resolutions.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
  • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth.
  • Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial screening for potential calibers to make sure they are matching clients' needs
  • Schedule interviews for the selected candidates
  • Conduct HR interviews when needed.
  • Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills , abilities, experience and aptitudes
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed and followed , quality standards and customer expectations are met, and that project is profitable.
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years experience as technical recruiter.
  • Experience in handling outsourcing vacancies is a must.
  • Excellent sourcing skills.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Interviewing experience is a must.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic language skills.
  • Excellent coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Friendly and team player.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
