Job Description

Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
 

Job Description: We are a group of companies in Saudi Arabia, specialized in construction, food retail, and industrial operations. We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Recruitment Officer to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate must have experience in recruitment for similar industries, as well as experience in HR and payroll fields.
As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a variety of positions within the organization. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and improve our overall recruitment process.
 

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with HR and payroll tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on the construction, food retail, or industrial sectors.
  • Experience in HR and payroll fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Arabic).
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
